Ping 'Keep Alive' URL of Parent Portal

Hi All,

Is there any way we can hit a url for an external portal to keep its session live from Appian, probably some script but where can this be embedded or configured at Appian end?

Scenario is user logs onto Appian Sites via IDP initiated SSO from an external portal (not an embedded journey) and now the portal session should remain live while the user is working on Appian Site, so Appian has to keep its session live by some mechanism (hitting 'Keep Alive' url is one of the ways)
