The processModel was not imported because a required reference is missing

Hi everyone,
Getting following error while importing application:
The processModel [id= uuid=00c9de6c-069e-8000-aefb-8d74089e14c0] was not imported because a required reference is missing:
Reference to content [_a-0001d26c-c562-8000-c562-64814c64814c_17432] (Process Model > Node > Task Form > Form Document) cannot be found. (APNX-1-4070-001) (APNX-1-4071-006)
Please help.
