How to use Login Information Parser Plugin?

Hi all,
How to use "Login Information Parser" plugin? I have added this plug in so that now it can be used as a smart service. I have created "logins" table which now exists in the data source. How can I get the login details of the users using this smart service and table? Can someone please explain the steps?

@bribdas1, I have used the plugin. You should also be able to do it with following steps. 
1. create the table with the given script. 
2.deploy the plugin into your environment. 
3.check any of your data-store in your environment for the data-source name and use the same as data-source for the plugin. 
4.select a date in the node. 
5. Start the process. 
 It will automatically write data into your table
