While running Check for missing dependencies, we have started to see a new error

While running Check for missing dependencies, we have started to see a new error "An error occurred while trying to retrieve the data." When I click ok button, we get this error "A server errr was encountered while processing your request. Please try again." We get this error over and over. We have reduce our packages to a single model with maybe 10 objects and thats the only way we can get around this issue at present. I have checked both application and server logs and don't see any errors. I believe we have debug turned off at present as it creates a lot of logging. Any suggestions on troubleshooting?...

Do you have any HTML tags in your rules/constants? These could break the application builder, otherwise please open a support case.

We do. Before I put in a case, would removing all rules and constants be a possible work around?

Give it a shot. Obviously you will have to add rules to your package eventually, but maybe you will be able to narrow down the problem to something specific, but do not spend too much time on it...
