URL queries

Hello All,

We have a site url, and when user logs into that site, and stays there in the same window, for 15 mins, Then the url is routed from site to tempo.
We would like to stop that rereouting of url from site to tempo, Any heads up on same.
We have 15 min timeout mentioned in adminconsole.
We have a default url to tempo for all the users set.

But this issue is seen, when we try to access the site directly, eg: abc.test.com/.../test123, and stay there for 15mins, then the url is rerouted to tempo.
Any leads would be appreciated.

There are several questions -
1) Do all users facing the same isue?
2) Did you try in different browsers (IE, Chrome)
3) Did you set the start page & tried to reproduce it again?
4) When you say, after 15 mins it's get re-routed, does it mean you need to login after 15 mins and that time browser URL was pointing to Tempo URL?
5) Can you also re-start the server, clear browser cache and try for few users?
