Dynamics CRM connection

Hi All,
I would connect Appian (16.3) to Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 version). I configured Third-Party Credential, Dynamics endpoint and a lot of other parameters like I saw in a!dynRetrieveMultiple() example and in Appian documentation. I think that all configuration should be right.
I created the same interface that I saw in the example. It should work, instead I always see the message "Working.." when I open the interface.
Could someone help me?
