Sharepoint Integration

I tried to connect SharePoint with Appian 16.3 and 17.1 version but its not working.
I created third part credentials and deployed the SharePoint plugin in Appian server but still when i try to call the function of SharePoint integrated with Appian, it doesn't work.
when i opened share component list, and tried to view the SharePoint plugin compatibility with newer version of Appian, it was listed that it supports till 16.2 version.
Any Idea, how can i connect SharePoint with newer version of Appian 16.3 or 17.1 ???
