Parse CSV file to CDT

Hi,

I am trying to parse a CSV file but i can't find a smart service that manage to do that.

I found a smart service that parce excel files "Parse Excel to CDT" but i want to do this with a CSV file or it can be with .txt file.

Any suggestions?
