I don't believe so; at least there is none referenced in the shared components section.

I am not sure about your use case, but I think this might help you a little.

1) RabbitMQ is not more than a messaging system is not exactly JMS but RabbitMQ has its own jms client.

2) Then Appian has JMS support
docs.appian.com/.../Working_with_the_Java_Messaging_Service.html

You maybe don't really need a plugin, But as I said I don't know your requirements to tellyou if this will work, and actually is an interesting test to do.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
