Location where I can keep a html with js page ,so that I can access the same via safeuri

Hi Team,

My requirement is to keep a html with js page somewhere in the root folders of JBOSS and then accessing the same via safeuri. Can we upload the html file via the document management system in Appian and access it via some URL OR we need to take help from the JBOSS admins and to keep the file in some root folders (e.g welcome-content folder)
