Hi Guys,
I created a Web API on "appiancloud environment" which is working fine if i call it from a smart service within the environment. But when I am trying to call the same Web API from a different environment it is giving error.
Also when i try testing the Web API from SOAP UI tool, it gives me "java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset".
Is it some kinda problem in "appiancloud environment" that when i call a Web API created on this environment from somewhere else than this environment it doesn't let us?

It could be that your Appian cloud environment whitelists IP addresses and any traffic from a non white-listed IP address is blocked. You can open a support ticket to see if any such configuration exists.
