Please advice me on how to make a HTTP POST REST CALL to third part application only with OAUTH 2.0 Access token in 17.4. Third Party Application provided me OAUTH 2.0 - "ACCESS TOKEN" but not Client ID, Client Secret, Auth URL, Endpoint Token URL and Redirect URL. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. I have attached SOAP UI used for same and they used Query Option in Advance OAUTH. Note: 17.4 Connected System Component requires Client ID, Client Secret, Auth url, End Point URL to make OAUTH CALL.

As you mentioned, Appian requires more fields than you can supply to use a connected system. You will need to develop a custom plugin to handle your authentication scheme.
