Mail Poller not picking up certain mails

We have set up a new mail server and an mail server poller to start a process in appian when a mail arrives to the appian mailbox.

But some mails are not getting picked up.

Any leads

Hi Alok,

Was there anything in logs when the mails didn't picked up?

If not check whether the email logging for mail listener is enabled when there is an error.

Please see whether you are able to find the below configurations in log4j.properties
log4j.logger.com.appiancorp.ra.emailpoller=ERROR, MAIL_LISTENER
log4j.additivity.com.appiancorp.ra.emailpoller=TRUE
