SOAP service multiple to multiple cdt Input

Hi,

we have a service which takes multiple to multiple CDT as input.

Parent_CDT {

element1,

element2,

Child_CDT {Child1,

                 child2}(Multiple)

                   }(multiple)

is there any way to pass data without much complications.
except JSON etc.
