SharePoint integration.

Hi,

I am working on SharePoint integration, could not able to upload the document from Appian to SharePoint.After providing all the required information,When i run the process model  i am getting this (???error.sharepoint_upload_exception???) error repeatedly after making the changes. 

So did anyone faced the same issue while working on SharePoint Integration, Please let me know.

Note: I am using office365 Integration plug-in and push document to SharePoint online smart services.
