We are wanting to setup a Web API connection from IdentityNow to Appian. Does anyone have any experience with IdentityNow and Appian? IdentityNow is our source of record for all of our users in the company. When people leave the company they will be deprovisioned in IdentityNow which we want to make a call to Appian to deactivate the user's account. Any recommendations or information would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have experience, but I have a thought on this. To deactivate users using Appian, users must present in the Appian. 1. Import the users from IdentityNow to Appian. 2. Connect to the IdentityNow database user table using Appian data source 3. Create a scheduled Appian process to get users, deactivate them then update the table.
4. Run the job which will sync the update Appian table with IdentityNow
