Error Evaluating UI Expression

I am having this error after I logged in using an oAuth client in ICC Agent Console:

"Expression evaluation error in rule 'icc_cp_twiliofield' (called by rules 'icc_cp_connectionpanel' > 'icc_rp_mainagentdashboard') at function 'twilioField' [line 27]: The function 'twiliofield' is unavailable."

I am not sure if I am missing a value in my properties file.

I would like to ask you, Please elaborate what you is your use case and the paste the code block that you have in the above said UI!

We are also getting the same error about the function twiliofield() is not available. Got the demo package for TWILIO ICC imported and while trying to open the Agent Dashboard, we are seeing this error. Manager dashboard is loading properly. Not sure if any plugins are missing here.

Hope someone will throw their thoughts.
