Web API returning status code as 200 200

While Calling the WebAPIs created in Appian, I am getting the status code twice as shown below. For instance, we are getting 200 when i click on Test Rule within Appian but when i check the same API through SOAP UI or Postman i am getting status code as 200 200 like below

I tried by adding/removing status code from a!httpresponse() but getting same result in both cases

Any advice for returning 200 ok status would be appreciated.
