SOAP Service Call

Hi,

we have various SOAP services and we use customized WSDL file that Appian can interpret for calling SOAP services using OOTB "call web service" smart service/"webservicequery" function. This approach has dependency on WSDL.

Does Appian offers anything OOTB, where we can call a SOAP service directly using the end point rather than having to rely on the WSDL.

Also, how can we invoke the SOAP service which has basic authentication security mechanism.
