configure JMS queue to receive messages

Hi all,

We have imported the processes from Production into Development. This means that I need to update the JMS queue to send and receive messages using now Dev queues instead of Production queues. I have updated the process model to put messages into a Dev queue. That works fine and the message is consumed. However I am not receiving the response messages from the external system.

How can I check what queue is being used to receive messages into a JMS queue? Is there a xml config file in Tomcat with the jndi and resource configuration? We are running on Appian 18.4

I think the documentation will solve all your questions.

Seems like you should take a look at the application server configuration. The name of the queue jms/AppianProcessIntegrationQueue.
I think you might want to take a look at the custom.properties to see the setup parameters.

Thanks Jose, I saw the article. Unfortunately it is explained for JBoss and we are using Tomcat. In the list of properties I cant find one with the jndi or queue name. Tomcat by default does not come with JMS. Has anyone found documentation about how is Tomcat configured with Appian to support queues? I want to find where is defined the queue to receive messages in Tomcat for Appian 18.4
