Is there a way to limit the access of the Object to only one user?

Question

We have 3 admins for our application.One of the Integration Objects have the password and I want to change the security so that only one user should able to see or open that object. 
 Is there away to hide or lock this only Object?

If, the user account is of type system admin then you cannot set the security which will be visible to only one user.
