SAML integration creating user in Appian without first name and last name

Hi,

We have configured our SAML identity provider (Okta) with the "Create new users upon sign in" option enabled.  The following attributes are mapped:

Email Attribute -> email

First Name Attribute -> firstname

Last Name Attribute -> lastname

We noticed that the Appian user is getting created after the user has registered themselves in the identity provider and accesses Appian for the first time.  However, the first name and last name are blank in the Appian user profile.  This was working previously but this symptom came up all of a sudden.  We didn't change anything on the identity provider or Appian side.

Any help would be appreciated.
