Hi,
In one of the Cloud environment we are unable to receiving the emails which are configured through Send Email Smart service through process. where as we are receiving System generated errors/alert email.
Email Node is completed with out any errors. we didn't find any errors in logs files tomcat-stdOut.log ...
Please provide some checking points to verify like any configuration or security setting etc.

1) Make sure "Allow Appian to send email " check box is enable in admin console under "email" setup.
2) In send email smart service ,for "To" parameter better to use toemailaddress() for users.
