Is it possible to add a new jdbc driver to an instance of Appian on cloud? In particular we need to add the jdbc:impala driver in order to connect to our customer Cloudera db.
If it is not possible with an cloud instance, what about the on premise solution?
What are the alternatives?

You can ask Appian support to install a driver for you or do it yourself if you are on-prem.
