Getting 401 Unauthorized error while uploading file to sharepoint

Hi All,

I am getting 401 unauthorized error when uploading file to sharepoint. However, the file gets successfully uploaded to sharepoint

1. First, I upload the file through upload file functionality and save the required fields

2. Next, I have a chained form where user clicks on submit button to actually upload file to sharepoint. This is where I get the error message as shown below.

However, once I close this pop-up and verify, the file is uploaded to sharepoint.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue or handle it elegantly.
