I have an Integration object in Appian 18.4 that consumes a REST Service. The Body contains an octet stream. Do the Integration objects work ok with octet streams?

I have been able to download a document by using the custom Service http File Download. Now I Need to build another Service to upload documents. For that I think I will have to use an Integration object
