Hello Everyone,
I have downloaded the ICC application and configured everything including the Twilio account setup, however when I am calling to the register mobile number I get default voice message provided in the Twilio Manage Number setup Message: "Thanks for the call. Configure your number's voice U R L to change this message. Let us know if we can help you in any way during your development." I am not sure which url i need to provide to the setting, any help would be appreciated. PFA for Twilio page where I need to provide the URL.

The best way to quickly configure ICC with Twilio is to use the built in configuration action: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.4/icc/setting_up_the_icc_app.html#initialize-twilio-configuration-action
The action configures your phone number using a TwiML App that contains the correct callbacks for voice and messaging.
