Sharepoint integration by custom plugin (Client specific)

We have a custom plugin for integrating with SharePoint.

In lower environments, since upgrade ( from 18.2 to 19.3) the connection is not successful. The error is java.net.UnknownHostException: login.microsoftonline.com
This is working fine in Production (still 18.2).

Can anyone have pointers ? Thanks
