SAP PI/PO Integration with APPIAN

Hello ,

I have a question regarding an integration between Appian and SAP PI/PO because i didn't see an clear answer.

So i have to make an integration with SAP and the SAP must trigger Appian, start an workflow and send to the SAP the process number, after this i will get some data from SAP. WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THIS? I MEAN I'M THINKING TO START PROCESS FROM WEB API AFTER THAT TO GET DATA FROM SAP. IS THIS THE BEST SOLUTION? WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR THIS SITUATION?

IF YOU CAN REDIRECT AT SAME TOPIC WILL BE BETTER.


ALSO I NEED TO UPDATE THE STATUS IN SAP WHEN I CANCEL THE WORKFLOW OR FINISH.
