Hi Everybody. We use the custome smart service LDAP User Profile Synchronization With Usernames to synchronize users from our Active Directory into Appian. However, we have users whose names contain special characters such as periods for First or Last name. Is there a system property to allow periods or special accented characters for the first and last name fields?

Hi Hemalathat, which version of Appian did you use to test? I forgot to mention that we are experiencing this Appian version 6.6.1. It sounds like those special characters are allowed in the later releases.
