I am looking to get default folder structures (along with folder owner information) similar to Users through Active Directory integration. Is it possible to do it using LDAP SMART services?

You should be able to do it with a plugin, but you would probably need to develop a new smart service for it as that isn't what the current LDAP Tools were designed for. Can you elaborate on what are you trying to accomplish by syncing folders with AD?
Based on what your use case is, there may be other ways to accomplish your business requirement.
