We are able to retrieve the email content from a structured mail using striphtml and extract function.
Is there any ways to retrieve the data from unstructured emails as well like converting the html to pdf and parsing via IDP or any possibilities with RPA.

Thanks for the info. I'm doing the same thing, but now i have to extract the contents from the email body. Like identify some key fields and use for my case creation, etc. Whether IDP can help in achieving this?
Ye IDP can help in this.We only did a POC but was very promosing even for hand written text.
