HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Question

I constructed my Integration rule by giving the url and JSON type Request body and when I test it I receive this error " HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error" in Appian Designer 
 Method:Post 
 Its working fine in swagger/postman

Please check the permission of the user who is using the API. Permissions means permissions to Web API and its precedents like Datastore or records
