Hello,
I'm trying to deploy a HTTP Connected System in an other environment, but when deploying, the Deployer plugins throws this error :"An error occurred while creating connectedSystem: The creation of the connected system failed because a value must be supplied for baseUrl in an import customization file"
(in the base URL field : I have entered the url without any constant)
Could you list me the different steps to deploy my connectedSystem please ?
Regards

Did you try downloading the import customization file provided on export, entering the base URL where required, and providing it on deployment? This is what Appian seems to be asking for and it shouldn't be that difficult as far as I'm aware.
I'm just using the Deployer, so I did not had to download anything.
what do you mean by dowloading the import customization file ?in which menu have I to go ? "import menu", Admin console ?
When you use either the deployer or export the app, Appian will ask you to download a template Import Customization file, which you would download, populate, and then provide alongside your app package when you do a deployment.
Thanks a lot Mike. It is ok :-)
Does that mean it worked? Hope so :)
Yes, it worked perfectly :-)
Ok great, thanks for confirming :) Also at some point if you wouldn't mind clicking "verify answer" on one of my answers that would help (at least for Appian Community "brownie points" lol)
Oups sorry... I've forgot... I've just clicked on the thumb and thought it was sufficient(I have to click on "verify" on other post, I will do it)
Thanks, that did it - i'm also a little unclear on how the system works exactly, because *sometimes* upvoting an answer DOES seem to be enough to verify it, and other times it requires the "verify" button be pressed. Who knows, lol.
That's a mystery :-)
