Reconcile Doc Extraction Smart Service - Node falling for a specific user

Hello.

We are having a very unusual problem with the Reconcile Doc Extraction Smart Service node in our process models. Everyone in our team can run the process model, start the document extraction and run the reconcile node without issues, except for a specific user.

The error is the following: An unexpected error occurred while displaying the PDF for the run.

We tried the following methods/verifications in order to debug the problem:

  • The user is a System Administrator;
  • The user belongs to the same groups that the other users belong to;
  • The user has Admin privileges to the document used;
  • We tried multiple process models in order to try to isolate the problem, but the issue persist even if we use a "sandbox" process model.

Whenever the user tries to "View Form" on the reconciliation node, the user gets immediately the error: 

After hitting the "Ok" button on the interface, the user receives an alert that the task has been deleted or assigned to another user and the node retrieves the error and stops.

Are we missing some kind of user configuration in some way? From what we can understand, it seems that this user in particular can't receive reconciliation tasks.
