We have a requirement to authenticate with a 2-way SSL. We've been trying to generate the certificate from our side using OpenSSL 3.0. Is this version compatible with Appian? Despite the correct password, we seem to be getting a failure to load certificate due to incorrect password.
We have attempted this in two ways now. First, we generated a CSR from OpenSSL and provided this to our signing authority to create the certificate. We added the private key block with the appropriate headers, and we still get the error above.
Second, we attempted to generate the certificate locally as described by this support post: https://community.appian.com/support/w/kb/330/kb-1108-how-to-create-a-self-signed-certificate-for-saml-authentication. Still we get the same error.
