Hi,
I have a problem related to primary data store. Initially we were having different servers for Appian and primary DS. Unfortunately the server having primary DS is formatted and we lost mappings. Later we configured our primary DS on the same server where we installed Appian. Even though we were facing problem's in downloading xsd's from the server. We are lucky enough that we have application backup with us and we deleted all cdt's from the server and imported new xsd's and published. Now we are able to download xsd's.But when executing some quey rules we are left with errors.

I am attaching an image of error which we are facing.

I already followed a post related to my problem on forum and did the steps suggested by Mr.Eduardo.But still it is giving me the same error :

forum.appian.com/.../

I have gone through the "dt_model" table of primary DS in two servers ("fine running server" and "problematic server")....

  • Depending on how big the lack of synchronization is you may need to repeat this procedure several times: Delete CDTs- Reimport until the ":counter" in process design syncs with the current value of the primary key "sequence" in that table. If you cannot find the original primary DS then keep repeating these steps.

Keep in mind that in order to avoid this issue you should never touch the DT_MODEL table and you should always bring it with you when upgrading to a newer version.
