Sending zip file to external system ?

Hi team,

#1. Can I send a zip file (multipart/ form-data)  to external system?

Basically I am using integration object and connected system which called web API 

#2. in connected system I need more clarification,

Authentication -> API key

What should I have to insert in header name ?
