We have gone through the documentation of Appian's ICC docs.appian.com/.../icc_overview.html but it elaborates more on Appian's capability on ICC. As we all know, now that Appian's ICC is no more sold as a solution or available for Partner's download as a solution.
Hence trying to implement the solution on our own - Issue we face here is Outbound call/sms is happening from appian but unable to receive the incoming call/sms/chat ( call from end customer to twilio's number is happening >> but from twilio to Appian's world the connection is not happening ) - no intimation of calls / sms etc.. Gone through the documentation of twilio as well. All those Task routing, worker's availablity, workspace are in place properly.
Could anyone help me on this ?
