I have made one rest api localhost:5000/ its working on postman but not working for appian.
Appian did not receive a response from https://localhost:5000 Next Steps
Any suggestion , Im new to the appian

So, you built a web service using some third party tools on your local machine and want to call it from Appian cloud? Did you setup your network in a way that your local machine is accessible from the internet?

do i need to setup from appian admin console ? and how it could be done ?
Did you enter the url like you posted above? I mean exactly like "https://localhost:5000"?
You do not need to setup anything in the admin console.
