Base64 conversion smartservice feature in OnPrem version of 22.1

Hi,

In our Use case we have a requirement of conversion of base64 to doc. We were able to find this smart service in the 22.1 cloud version. Can anyone confirm if this smart service is available in OnPrem(22.1) version as well? this smart service is not present in OnPrem version of 20.4.
