We are using the OOTB Sharepoint Integration feature to upload documents from Appian. Everything works as expected, but for random docs, the docs in SP are getting corrupted and we are not able to open it. Please note that we are able to open the same document in Appian.
So, I strongly feel that while pushing documents from Appian to SP, it is getting corrupted. I also did compare the size: the corrupted document in SP are of lesser size compared to actual document in Appian.
Did anyone faced the similar issue? I am sure that there is no change in Process / documents that are being uploaded and please note that it happens very randomly.

Did we got any fix to the issue. We are facing similar issue, any insights would be helpful.
If you are having issues with documents opening in the browser or client by default, you may need to change the library setting. To do this, navigate to the Library having issues > Gear Icon (in the upper right corner) > Library Settings > Advanced settings > Opening Documents in the Browser.
