How to share documents with Non Appian users

HI Everyone,

We have a scenario where we need to share documents with non appian users. Can someone help us how we can do that what protocol is required ?

You could just send it by email? Or create a portal. You would send the user some code and a link to the portal. The user can then enter that code on the portal and download the document.

creating your own plugin...
:) which one is suitable for you it depending on some factors.
