Function to parse email message and return subject, sender, message, etc.

What exactly is your use case? You can configure Appian to fetch mail from an IMAP account and start a process for each incoming mail. The data the process receives as input parameters is what you ask for.

Use Case: Client sends email request or text msg to a particular email address associated with a process model and that email information gets stored into a "Request" (custom data type) that will be tracked by a support team.
