Hi,
It was identified during the Monthly Health check that few of the interfaces is hampering the Prod performance, I learned looking at the code that we have many calls to the different integration object in just single interface and each of them are taking a lot of time to get the response back. We did few analysis on Appian code as well, where large data set is not retrieved using large batch size, looping functions are used wherever it's necessary, not many dynamic components are used etc Finally it was drilled down that Integration call is the main culprit which is hampering the performance, we tried hard if we can exclude the integration call wherever iit's possible and just to call the integration only when it's necessary, after thinking through every call made is genuine and required. Before we go ahead with API services team for the solution can we check anything from Appian perspective before having a discussion with them,
Thanks in advance,
Nimisha.

One thing you should consider is creating a record type with data sync enabled that pulls data from this integration. If you do this, it will cache the data locally and querying the data from this will be much much faster. See the page on data sync for more information: docs.appian.com/.../records-data-sync.html
Thank you for your response, will try this out and get back to you..
