We are using using integrations inside saveInto of some components, I just wanted to know whether is there any difference in performance between call to integration and start process(calling the integration inside the process model and using that process model instead of directly using call to integration) ?

Sure. Starting a process emits way more CO2 than just calling that integration. Starting a process is only required when you need to use more than one smart service.
