I have configured a webApi to download CSV document on click, it's working when I use it in web browser but the same is not working when I use it in mobile device (Appian Mobile application).
Could you please suggest the alternative ways to achieve a document download on single click?

What do you mean with "is not working"?
I have created a document download webApi and configured it in safelink in richtextIcon in interface. when this safelink is being clicked from browser (through site) it opens in a new browser window and it's working as expected.
But when I click the same link through Appian mobile app, it redirects to mobile's default browser window. since the browser window doesn't have a active session it fails with Authentication error.
hence I have asked if there is any alternative way to achieve single click document download .
