Receive file over SFTP plugin to get file from Appian On-premises Server via Application instance on same server

Hello All,

I have a scenario where we are receiving file in one of the path of Appian On-premises Server (Linux). e.g path : /temp/data/file.xlsx or /temp/data/file.txt
We want to read that file from Appian instance (UI) installed on same server. Can any one suggest how I can achieve same.
