Need to Read Email and copy data from attachment Gmail account.

You will have to use a combination of smart services here. 

1. Gmail connected system to get the data in Appian -  GMail Connected System 
2. Another smart service for reading the contents of the attachment. But what are the accepted file formats? 

The attchment is notepad format.

How can we add  Gmail Connected system after downlaod it?

There should be a documentation bundled in the zip file that you downloaded. That should help you understand the steps to configure.
