We are constantly getting the below gateway timeout error constantly with our integration. We have changed the timeout seconds from 120 to 200 still we are getting the same issue. Please let me know if solution for this.

The reason for my suggestion is, that this is a typical "in-between-systems" problem and not something we can somehow control from Appian.
The 504 Gateway Timeout Error indicates that the server didn't receive a timely response from an upstream server it needed to access in order to complete a request. This can happen because the other server is not functioning properly, overloaded, or down
